A Sicilian/Abruziese by birth Chef Gaetano specializes in traveling like a local, due to his extensive knowledge of the Italian and Sicilian culture it was his passion for all things Italian that inspired him to open his own restaurant Ortygia- a Sicilian French fusion located in Bradenton, Florida. This passion quickly led him to teaching his customers about the Sicilian culture through his culinary tours.

Chef Gaetano's father was from Sicily and his mother was from Abruzzo. Traveling with Chef Gaetano ensures you a truly local experience like none other.
